Submit a full proposal, on your company letterhead, outlining the planned promotion. Include a floor plan / layout of the exhibition, a product description and the aim of your promotion. Attach photographs of previous exhibitions you may have had and outline what activities you are planning at the stand. We will also require samples of the advertising in support of your promotion.
Promotions in Wonderpark Shopping Centre must be professional, of a world class standard and add value to the Centre.
Exhibition weeks are booked running from a Tuesday to the following Monday.
Please note; even if you would like to use a court for one day only, the full weekly rate will still apply.
Proposals can either be faxed to (012) 549 1682 e-mailed to rhenderson@eris.co.za or delivered to Centre Management. All proposals should be marked for the attention of R Henderson.
By offering sampling at any of our 7 entrances, your product will be exposed to between 10 000 and 18 000 customers per day. Direct distribution to this captive audience is one of the best mediums to enhance and increase awareness and generate sales.
You could distribute your pamphlets inside the centre, provided that it would add value for our customers. The distribution must be linked either to a character, mascot or entertainer.
